Hello readers.
My name is Rena Gare, and I am officially joining on as a contributor to this blog. My sister Leah brought up this idea to me, and I agreed without too much pushing, as I enjoy writing. Blogging will be one way to help expand my creative writing skills.
As my sister already mentioned in the previous post, we are fraternal twins, and yes, we go to different schools. It is not due to us being in different homes or financial strain. I personally do not see any benefit in going to a private school versus a public school, as I feel what you put into it is what you get out of it, regardless of where your education is. My sister was a bit sad about this when I first made this announcement, but she got over it quickly. I think she secretly likes not having to tell people they have the wrong twin. Leah can be a bit of a narcissist, and having a twin who is almost identical does not help her ego.
Mind you, I do love my sister. Yes, it sounds like I am criticizing her, but I really am hoping she will start acting more mature soon, now that we are in secondary school, or high school. She still will occasionally throw temper tantrums when things do not go her way.
Though I do miss out on one thing by not attending the same school as my sister - seeing my friend Annie everyday. Leah, Annie and I all went to the same primary and middle schools. Leah tolerates Annie, but I love Annie. She is as imaginative as I am practical.
I love writing articles, and my dream career is to be a journalist one day. Travel around the world, meet different people, get to the bottom of the truth - it would be wonderful.
So our other friend, Saige, will also be joining our blog. She is Annie's and my friend, but she lives in Spruce Grove, Alberta. I shall pass the torch to Saige to let her write about herself.

Coucou, Rena! It's nice to meet you. My name is Sabine, and I have an identical twin sister. My twin can be kind of a narcissist, too. She tells people that she is the "brightest star in the sky", and she brags about her dancing abilities all the time. People do tell her that she is one of the best dancers, which helps to boost her ego. She loves being the center of attention...for good AND bad things. Sandrine surprisingly doesn't care if she's a twin. She probably likes it because it gets her more attention. We go to the same school. People gossip about my sister SO MUCH. She isn't exactly the nicest person, so it's entertaining to hear what people have to say. She has one friend, but I think it is a one-sided friendship because my sister does all the talking, lol.
ReplyDeleteBisous,
Sabine
